Mr. Quitschau practices in the
areas of Family Law, Estate Planning, Creditor's Rights and
Real Estate Transactions. He received his under-graduate
degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and his J.D. from the
University of Arkansas. While in law school, Mr. Quitschau was
the Articles Editor of the Arkansas Law Review, an Arkansas
Bar Merit Scholar and a recipient of the James E. McDaniel
Scholarship. Mr. Quitschau is the author of "Anastasoff
v. United States: Uncertainty in the Eighth Circuit - Is there
a Constitutional Right to Cite Unpublished Opinions?" which is
published in the Arkansas Law Review, Vol. 739, 2002.
Mr. Quitschau is admitted to
the Illinois Bar, Texas Bar and the United States District
Court for the Central District of Illinois. He completed the
American Bar Association Trial Advocacy Institute in May 2010.
Mr. Quitschau is certified to act as a Child Representative
and Guardian Ad Litem in the 10th and 11th Circuits. He is an
active member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the
McLean County Bar Association and the R.C. Underwood Chapter
of the American Inns of Court. Mr. Quitschau is also a
Certified Arbitrator in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit.
